As stated above, this guide illustrates the fundamental steps of how to set up your account and achieve an online retailing presence in ten (10) steps. Consequently, it illustrates only a portion of the account’s functionality. If you prefer to learn more about a particular step or function, click the Help button on any page of your account.
Using the Help System of Your Account
When you initial click the Help button of any page of your account, you will see "Page Specific" help content. The material will discuss the options and fields of the submenu and menu from which you clicked the Help button. However, the Help window is designed to help you find the information you want in three additional ways:
| Contents |
Contents shows the list of main groups that contain related topics. Click the button
( ) next to the group title to expand the list of topics. Once a group is expanded, click a topic title to see the material. |
| Search |
Search lets you search the all of the Help files for a specific topic. Type a word or phrase into the Search field and then press Enter to see the related topics. Then click the topic you want to learn about. |
| Bookmarks |
Bookmarks let you create links to your favorite Help material. As you browse and study various topics in the Help window, click the Bookmark button in the lower part of the window. As you do so, a link to the topic is placed within the Bookmarks submenu. |
| Related Information |
To see information related to the topic you are reading, click links in the RELATED area located at the end of the topic. As you do so, you will be directed to the topic's content. |
